To play along, just answer the following three questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?
Clicking on the book covers will take you to Goodreads
for more information about the books listed below.
When you look at my list, just remember this is several week's worth of reading. Plus ~ I was on vacation last week, which included a lot of time in the car to get some reading in, while hubby drove - I love that! And a lot of time to read while he fished, not a sport I enjoy, but I am totally content to sit in a chair and read while he does. So I got a lot of reading done last week.
What did you recently finish reading?
Most of these I read on vacation last week.
They are all great! I had a fabulous reading vacation!
My thoughts will be posted soon, once I 'catch up'.

Wow that is quite the list. I hope you enjoyed your vacation. Welcome back. I will have to check out Running against traffic. Here is my WWW http://cynthiastacey.com/2013/08/21/www-wednesdays-aug-21/
ReplyDeleteThanks Cynthia - it was a great vacation. Still trying to catch up on everything. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI'm so pleased you enjoyed Hopeless. Make sure you read Losing Hope too! Happy Reading Susan
ReplyDelete:-)
Thanks for stopping by Chrissi! I listened to this book and wasn't sure if I liked the narrator at first. She seemed to be really harsh with an attitude. I realize now that she was 'in character' and I ended up loving her and the story. Losing Hope is definitely high on my TBR list.
DeleteI've read a Christopher Moore book, and it was pretty good. Thanks for the heads-up on the Gaiman short - I love him and hadn't heard of that one!
ReplyDeleteMy list is at http://katybrandes.wordpress.com/2013/08/21/www-wednesday-august-21/.
I listened to the Gaiman story and he read it himself. I think I would enjoy actually reading his books more than listening to them. I may have to try that on the next one. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteWow! Look at all those great books. You've just extended the life of my TBR list by months...maybe longer.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome, Susan! Glad I could help you out there with your list. ;^) I loved my vacation last week where I was reading about a book a day. Wish my regular life could be like that. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteNewbie here. Finished THE DEVIL IN THE WHITE CITY. Am reading WHEN WE WERE THE KENNEDY'S. And I hope to read THE BOOK THIEF or THE KITCHEN HOUSE next.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by! The only one of these I have read is The Book Thief. I wasn't sure that I was going to like it (book club choice) but ended up loving it.
DeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear your thoughts on Maggie's Turn. So happy you had a chance to read it. :)
Oh Deanna, of course I loved it. I am still playing catch up from summer, vacation, family visits, etc. but I will get my post up soon. Another winner for you!
