The Lake, the River & the Other Lake by Steve Amick

This is for one of my book groups. I am about 1/3 of the way through it. It's not bad, kind of enjoying my look at the little community.

This is the Story of a Happy Marriage by Ann Patchett

This is a fairly short audio book and it's read by the author. That always makes it more interesting, I think.

What did you recently finish reading?

What Color is Monday? by Carrie Cariello

Great book about how one family deals with autism in their family. My thoughts will be posted on Sunday.

This book was brought to my attention by one of my fav authors, Catherine McKenzie. She loved it and that was good enough for me. I loved it too! My thoughts will be posted soon. You can get a Kindle copy from Amazon for $.99, for a limited time!

It was a great listen. I am ready for #2! Note to self: Don't listen to end of the book on your way to work. It had me in tears and I am sure my mascara was smudged when I walked in. I am such a softy for displays of emotions in a book.
