It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's an opportunity to visit other blogs and to comment on their reads. And ... you can add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!

Whew! Just spent the weekend watching a couple of grandkids. I love it but it's amazing what I DON'T get done when they are here. This coming weekend, we are heading to Iowa for a nephew's wedding. I am looking forward to the car time so I can get some reading/listening time in. In reality, I'll probably sleep most of the time. Something about riding in a car -- I have a hard time staying awake. I'll have to take some really enticing books with me.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a great week. Happy reading!

The Vanishing Year looks good...and I'm drawn to the Alafair Burke in your sidebar: Never Tell.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
The Vanishing Year is really good. There is one character that I can't figure out but I'm thinking I am not going to like them, in the end. Thanks for stopping by Laurel-Rain!
DeleteYes grandkids eat up the time. I admire all those grandparents though who give so much time to them, so worth it. Enjoy the trip next week, with books or sans books - whichever!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathryn, it will be a fun weekend. I'll see a lot of family and it seems like it's usually funerals or weddings so I am glad this is a happy occasion.
DeleteThe Vanishing Year looks like a good read. I will have to check it out. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteHi Heather - thanks for stopping by. It is turning out to be a great story. Glad I got a chance to read it.
