It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's an opportunity to visit other blogs and to comment on their reads. And ... you can add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!

I just loved The Snow Child. I hope you enjoy it as much. The Summer of '69 is one I hope to get to soon, too.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to hear this. One of my book club members said she struggled thru it but it's been on my TBR list for quite awhile. We shall see.
DeleteI just got a notification that Summer of 69 audio book is available for me on Libby. Hilderbrand is so hit or miss for me, we shall see if I like this one or not.
ReplyDeleteMy neighbor just finished it and is anxious for me to read it so we can talk about it. I got the impression it was not one of her Hilderbrand books.
DeleteNice looking assortment of books. I love the In Death series. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI love this series too. And the narrator is so good.
DeleteHow are you liking THE SNOW CHILD? I read it a couple of years ago, and I was disappointed. THE SNOW CHILD doesn’t live up to the many reviews of it that I read. It is simply a retelling of a Russian fairy tale. The reader needs a willing suspension of disbelief. The book is full of unanswered questions.
ReplyDeleteI just started it today so not sure yet. I've had it on my TBR list for a long tine. I've enjoyed the first 50 pages. LOL. It sounds like it might make for a good discussion.
DeleteThe Snow Child is on my wishlist. My weekly update
ReplyDeleteI haven’t read The Snow Child, Lift and Separate sounds like it could be a fun read.
ReplyDeleteHave a great reading week
Really nice and informative blog, keep it up buddy…
