It's Monday! What Are You Reading? February 15, 2021 #IMWAYR

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's an opportunity to visit other blogs and to comment on their reads. And ... you can add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!

**************************************

It's been super, super cold here this past week. One digit temps and minus temps overnight. And that's not even taking into account for the wind-chill temps. Unbelievable! Because–you know–in South Dakota, we have wind! It was -22 when I got up this morning. Brrrrr!

Otherwise, an uneventful week. Same ol' same ol'. Pick up groceries, prescriptions, don't go anywhere else. Because of the cold.... and of course, COVID! We did get take out for Valentine's Day. There's a local Chinese place in town that we just love so we picked up from there to treat ourselves. Yum!!

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you all have a good week.
Happy reading!

  1. Sounds like our temperatures here in Duluth, but I think we might be a few degrees colder. Nice looking assortment of books. I just finished Faithless in Death. I do love that series. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

  2. Great books...but I'm getting chills just thinking about your temperatures! I used to live in Boston and, once in a while, we'd get temps like that and I just remember my lungs burning when I tried to breathe!

    Stay Warm!

  3. Nice looking books.
    I have three of them.
It's turned cold here in AL also but not as cold as where you are.
We got a new addition to our family this morning. A great grandson.. Jaxon Hayes Smith. So exciting..
    Have a fantastic week!

  4. Wow! SO COLD -- I can't imagine. It's 56 here in TN (but dropping down to 32 tonight). I haven't heard of Molly Miranda, but interested to see if you like the book!

  5. We pretty much did the same thing for Valentine's. We've been in a deep freeze for a couple of weeks now, so I think even if Covid doesn't exist, we'd probably still have stayed home. Lol.
