It's Monday! What Are You Reading? July 10, 2017

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's an opportunity to visit other blogs and to comment on their reads. And ... you can add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!

Another busy week and weekend. Summer has definitely arrived with temps in the 90's. I shouldn't complain, with other parts of the country above 100 for long stretches. We traveled to Nebraska on Friday to spend the weekend with my 86 year old mother-in-law. We had a good time, which sometimes isn't the case, depending on how the she is feeling. Got back late Sunday night and had to head into work this morning. Days like this make me a little envious of hubby, who is retired. Oh well, my time will come, right?

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you all have a great week. Happy reading!

  2. I loved The Bookshop at Water's End and The Breakdown. I have Everything We Left Behind on my Kindle, but haven't read it...mainly because it was a freebie, and I'm trying to read the ones I purchased first!

I may need to revise my plan.

Hello Sunshine is on my radar.

Enjoy your week, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

  3. Hello Sunshine looks so bright and juicy! Perfect summer cover there. Hope Nebraska treated you well; it's my "home" state. Now, I'm in Arizona. Today will be our 27th day above 100F, but that's not unusual. It *is* Arizona. ;)

  4. Glad you had a good visit. For awhile my husband was retired before me. It was a little difficult at times. Have a great week.

  6. I just finished Everything We Keep, and I loved it. I had to read just a little bit of the Everything We Left Behind, immediately after finishing it. I am not ready to read it all, but I did peek ahead. Lol.

The Deadwood series does look fun! I will have to check it out.

    1. I love the series. I am listening to it and find my self laughing out loud. Maybe not such a good thing when I have my earbuds in, out in public. Teehee. Happy reading!
